Shipping

All of our mailing bags are now biodegradable and the tissue paper we use is recycled. All items of jewellery come beautifully wrapped in eco-friendly boxes, this also helps protect jewellery during transport. All items of clothing come carefully wrapped in recycled tissue paper.

Shipping time & Made-to-measure garments

For ready-made garments, the order will be posted 1-2 days after your purchase.

For made-to-measure garments, we have an approximately 2-3 week turnaround, please see individual product listings or get in contact with us for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We ask that items are returned to us within 30 days of delivery before we will issue a refund. We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Certain items cannot be returned hygienically and will state so in the product listing, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
